the entire stay was pleasurable because the staff were super friendly and helpful. the immaculate rooms were so comfortable, which provide the best experience. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent variety of options. the rooftop terrace with a magnificent view was a great chill-out spot.
The smoking outside and not closing doors led to excess smoke wafting inside, which was unpleasant and affecting the pleasant stay.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful with travel advice. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the cozy Christmas decorations during my stay.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms could be improved. It was also strange to have to bring your own laundry detergent for the supposedly "free" laundry service.

Spent xmas at a hostel in Armenia. the breakfast has a good variety of food and the staff was friendly. the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the city and was a great place to hang out with other travelers. the location was ideal, close to the night life and restaurants.
My room wasn't properly cleaned and smelled bad, especially the beds. the bathroom was inadequate, not enough space for all, which led to long lines.
